Description:

Reiki I is a powerful entry level energetic course focused on physical healing. Included is meditation, attunement, history (pre-read), energy systems overview, how to conduct a treatment, practical application.

Reiki II is a more advanced energetic course that includes emotional healing and distance healing. Meditation and practical experience is also a part of the class.
